ZihinVolt provides an AI-driven platform that automates content creation workflows including script generation, visual creation, voice-over production, subtitle synchronization, video editing, and multi-platform publishing to social media services such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
ZihinVolt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service.
By using AI-generated content, you acknowledge that the content may contain elements generated by artificial intelligence models.
You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of destination platforms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Create content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights
Generate spam, misinformation, or harmful content
Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service
Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. ZihinVolt is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms.

7. Service Availability

ZihinVolt strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or upgrades.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZihinVolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to content takedowns, account suspensions on third-party platforms, or loss of data.

ZihinVolt reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
